Choosing your stationery
Sheets or a pad?
Use sheets for individual documents and a pad to keep records together. For carbonless forms, also compare the number of copies and how the sets are supplied.
Which notebook should I choose?
Compare the notebook, Singer stitching and ring binding by appearance and intended use. Check pages, inside sheets and covers for each product.
Envelopes with or without a window?
A window shows the address on the document inside. Check its position and the address alignment before preparing the artwork.
Presentation or filing?
Use a presentation folder to hand over proposals and materials; choose a ring binder to organise documents for reference. Check size and capacity.
Need stationery tailored to your business?

Request a quoteHow to choose your business stationery
Which stationery does a business need?
Start with its use: letterheads and envelopes for correspondence; folders for presentation or filing; pads and notebooks for notes. Add carbonless forms when you need records in several copies.
How do I choose an envelope size?
Start with the document dimensions and whether it will be inserted folded or unfolded. Check the envelope measurements and, where applicable, the window position.
Can I print on the letterheads again?
If you plan to add content using a printer, first check that the paper and printing are compatible with your equipment. Tell us whether you use a laser or inkjet printer.
What is the difference between a notepad and a notebook?
A pad brings sheets together for notes and records; a notebook keeps notes in a bound publication. Compare the binding, cover and number of pages or sheets.
Can notebook interiors be personalised?
Check the personalisation options for your chosen product. Prepare the cover and interior using the templates and confirm whether you want ruled, squared or custom pages.
How do carbonless paper and carbonless pads differ?
Carbonless paper groups information into sets of several copies. Pads keep these sets together for sequential use. Check the number of copies, sets per unit and presentation in the product.
Can I add numbering to carbonless forms?
Select numbering where available and confirm the starting number, position and sequence. The number of sets differs from the total number of sheets.
How do I prepare stationery artwork?
Use each product’s template and respect bleed, margins, folds and windows. Keep contact details legible and adapt the logo to different sizes without stretching it.
