Numbering, perforation and booklets: what are they for?
These serve different purposes. Available options vary by product and selected configuration.
Sequential numbering
Identifies each unit and helps track distribution or use. Select this option for admission tickets, raffle tickets or bar tickets; it does not replace validation by the organiser.
Perforation and stubs
Perforation allows part of the printed piece to be detached. For admission tickets, raffle tickets and gift certificates, check the option and its position on the template before preparing artwork.
Booklet supply
Raffle tickets offer booklets of 25, 50 or 100 sheets. Bar ticket booklets contain 100 sheets with 20 tickets per sheet: 2,000 tickets per booklet.
What should your ticket or voucher include?
Admission tickets
Include the event name, date, time and venue. Leave space for ticket identification and keep essential information on the part handed to the attendee.
Vouchers and gifts
State the value or service offered, expiry date, terms of use and booking contact where relevant. If details will be handwritten, check the suitability of the paper.
Raffle tickets
Identify the initiative, prize and draw date. If using a stub, allow space for record fields and numbering in accordance with the template.
Drinks tickets
Clearly identify the drink or value represented. Use legible text at 50 × 50 mm and prepare artwork using the ticket template.

Request design helpHow to choose tickets, raffle tickets and vouchers
Understand the differences before configuring your product and preparing artwork.
What is the difference between a ticket, raffle ticket, voucher and bar ticket?
Admission tickets are for entering an event; raffle tickets for entering a draw; vouchers for giving a value, service or experience; bar tickets for identifying a consumption entitlement. Choose the use first, then the product options.
Which size can I choose?
Admission tickets come in 105 × 50 mm, 140 × 70 mm and DL (210 × 99 mm). Raffle tickets measure 148 × 50 mm and gift certificates are DL. Each bar ticket measures 50 × 50 mm. Use the template for your chosen product and size.
Is numbering always included?
No. For admission tickets, raffle tickets and bar tickets, select the required numbering option in the configurator. Do not assume it is included with every product. Numbering helps record keeping but does not, by itself, protect against duplication.
What is perforation for?
It lets you detach part of the print, such as a stub. It is separate from numbering: check both options on the product page. Follow the template position and keep important text clear of the perforation line.
How are raffle tickets and bar tickets supplied?
Raffle tickets offer booklets of 25, 50 or 100 sheets. Bar tickets come in booklets of 100 sheets, each with 20 tickets: 2,000 tickets per booklet. When ordering, check the unit and quantity shown in the product summary.
Can I print on both sides?
Admission tickets and gift certificates offer single-sided or double-sided printing. Raffle tickets and bar tickets offer front printing. Check your selected option and prepare only the required sides.
What information should a gift voucher include?
Include the business, value or service offered, expiry date and terms of use. Add contact or booking instructions where needed. If details will be filled in by hand, check the paper choice before ordering.
How do I prepare artwork for perforation and numbering?
Download the template matching the selected size and options. Respect bleed, safety margins and the perforation line. For the product’s sequential numbering service, mark the position with 000, XXX or NUM as instructed; do not manually create the full sequence in your artwork.
