How to choose a service
Do I need design or file preparation?
Design creates the visual layout; technical preparation adapts an existing file to production requirements. Explain what you already have and your intended result so the scope of your request can be assessed.
When do I need vectorisation?
Vectorisation reconstructs elements such as logos as scalable shapes. It can help when only a low-resolution image is available, but does not automatically recover photographic detail. Send your available file to assess any adaptation needed.
What is embroidery digitising?
It prepares a stitch file for an embroidery machine from a drawing or logo. It is different from creating a vector file. Specify the intended size and garment or fabric so the work can be assessed.
What is a colour proof for?
It helps assess a colour simulation before production. Review the certified colour proof conditions and confirm its suitability for your job. An on-screen image does not replace a physical proof, and the final material may affect the result.
Does the service include printing or the physical product?
Check what each service includes. Technical preparation, production and installation are separate stages; confirm whether your request covers one stage or several. Printed Sheets is a print product shown at the end of the featured selection.
How do I request installation and assembly?
We provide installation and assembly throughout mainland Portugal, subject to quotation. Send the location, material to install, dimensions and photographs of the surface or space. Include access conditions and your preferred date for assessment.
How are timescales and scope defined?
They depend on the service, complexity and information provided. State your objective, available files and required date. Before proceeding, confirm the included tasks, deliverables and agreed timescale in your request or quotation.
