Complete system
Choose print and structure when you need the complete system. Lighting and the counter top are selectable extras for the Magnetic Pop-Up.
Replacement graphics
For print-only options, check the model, dimensions and fixing system of your existing structure. Matching width alone does not ensure compatibility.

Space required
Allow for width, height and depth, including feet and visitor circulation. Compare the assembled model dimensions.
Transport and assembly
Check the components and assembly system of your model. Prepare the space and follow the product instructions.
Lighting and electricity
Plan a suitable electrical connection for the backlit counter or optional lighting.
Overhead suspension
Ceiling suspension cables are not included with hanging displays. Agree fixing points and installation requirements with the event organiser.
How to choose displays for your exhibition
Which display should I choose for a stand backdrop?
Compare Pop-Up, Magnetic Pop-Up, Expandable and Textile Displays. Consider the assembly system, shape and overall footprint.
How do Pop-Up and Magnetic Pop-Up differ?
The Pop-Up uses 235 g/m² polyester fabric. The Magnetic Pop-Up uses magnetic fixing, offers straight and curved models and prints on 275 g/m² PVC-free material.
Can I order replacement print only?
Yes, for products offering this option. Check that the new print matches your structure’s model, dimensions and fixing system.
Are lighting and a counter top included with the Magnetic Pop-Up?
They are selectable extras. Choose the options you need in the configurator; they are not automatically included in every configuration.
Do hanging displays include ceiling cables?
No. Ceiling suspension cables are not included. Agree the installation and fixing points with the venue organiser.
Can hanging displays be printed inside and outside?
Yes. Square, circular and conical models allow personalisation on the inside and outside of the structure and are intended for indoor spaces.
What gazebo sizes are available?
The Aluminium Gazebo is available in 3 × 3 m, 3 × 4.5 m and 3 × 6 m. Check the roof and panel configuration in the configurator.
Can the tablecloth be circular?
Yes. The Personalised Tablecloth offers rectangular and circular formats in 235 g/m² polyester fabric. Compare the size with your table and required drop.
Are all products printed on fabric?
No. The range includes fabrics, PVC-free materials, PVC banner, honeycomb cardboard and Filmoprint flooring. Choose the material available for the relevant display system.
How should I prepare the stand artwork?
Use the template for each product and configuration. Check visible faces, margins, cuts and joins to keep your message consistent across the different elements.
