Where will you display your message?
Shops and windows
Display offers, news or opening hours in a size suited to the available space. Small posters are a starting point for indoor communication.
Events and local promotion
Prioritise the event name, date, venue and contact details. Choose the size for the viewing distance and display area.
Street panels and advertising displays
Check the dimensions and material accepted by the structure. Blueback paper is opaque and should not be presented as a backlit solution.
Billboards and XL campaigns
For large displays, focus on one main idea, contrast and minimal text. Define the substrate and installation before preparing artwork.
Choose your paper or material
Matt coated paper
A lower-reflection surface for text and images on small posters. Matt paper and matt lamination are different options.
Gloss coated paper
Gloss paper finish to emphasise images. Compare with matt according to the lighting at the display location.
Blueback · 120 gsm
Blue-backed paper that helps conceal the surface behind it. Available in Posters and Street Advertising Displays, printed on the front.
Extreme Blockout banner · 600 gsm
Opaque banner material shown under the banner option for Billboards and XL Posters. Match eyelets and reinforced edges to the mounting structure.

Matt film finish for small posters. Check compatibility with the selected paper.
Gloss lamination
Gloss film to enhance presentation. Consider reflections at the display location.
SoftTouch lamination
Velvety-touch film available for small posters. This option does not apply generally to street or XL posters.
Eyelets for XL banners
Mounting points for the banner option. Check the configuration and hardware needed to attach it to the structure.
Reinforced edges
Edge reinforcement for the compatible banner option. Artwork must respect the finishing areas.
Other ways to display your message

Wall frames with fabric printing
An alternative for wall displays. Uses fabric with a silicone strip, not this category’s paper posters. Choose print and frame or replacement print as required.

Double-sided advertising A-board
Display messages on both sides with printing made for this stand. Check size, material and whether the frame is included; do not assume compatibility with a separate paper poster.

Which poster should I choose for a shop or event?
Start with Small Posters for indoor displays. Choose dimensions for the space and viewing distance; compare dedicated products for street panels or XL advertising.
Which small poster sizes are available?
The configurator lists A4, A3, A2, ½ A3, ½ A2, B2, A1 and B1. Check final dimensions before preparing artwork or selecting a frame.
What is the difference between matt and gloss paper?
Matt has subtler reflections; gloss gives a shiny surface. Choose according to the image and lighting. Paper finish is distinct from lamination.
What is the blue backing on Blueback paper for?
It helps conceal the background and underlying images. The available Blueback paper is 120 gsm with front printing.
Is Blueback suitable for backlit advertising displays?
It is not intended to transmit light from behind because it is opaque. Check the material required by the display operator; the product name does not guarantee compatibility with every structure.
Are all posters suitable for outdoors?
No. Consider material, rain, sunlight, shelter and campaign duration. Do not assume coated or laminated paper is equivalent to an outdoor solution.
Can every poster be laminated?
Gloss, matt and SoftTouch are options for Small Posters, subject to configuration. They are not common to every product in this category.
Which XL billboard dimensions are available?
Sizes include 400 × 300, 500 × 300, 600 × 300, 700 × 300 and 800 × 300 cm. Check material, panel division and mounting in the selected configuration’s instructions.
Do these frames and A-boards take these paper posters?
The models shown are alternatives with their own printing: the wall frame uses fabric with a silicone strip and the A-board uses its specified substrate. They are not universal paper-poster accessories.
How should I prepare poster or billboard artwork?
Use the product template and instructions. Check dimensions, scale, bleed and finishing areas. Ensure readability at a distance and images suited to final size.
