Which flyer or leaflet should you choose?
Promote an offer or event
Unfolded flyers — For an offer or invitation with a short message, image, date and contact details.
Introduce a service or business
Half-fold leaflets — Four sides let you separate your introduction, services and contact details.
Organise several services or a programme
Tri-fold leaflets — Use six sides to group content by topic while keeping a compact folded format.
Explain a route or sequence
Accordion-fold leaflets — An accordion opening lets you present steps or sections in reading order.
Choose your flyer size
These formats are available for the Flyers product. Cards open the product; select the size in its configuration. For folded leaflets, also check open and folded dimensions.
Choose by fold type
Choose how to organise and reveal your information. Check the open and folded sizes before preparing your artwork.
Choose the paper and feel
Paper type defines appearance and texture; grammage measures mass per area, not exact thickness. Check the combinations available for your chosen product.
Matt coated paper
A smooth surface with less reflection for a restrained presentation of text and images.
Gloss coated paper
A glossy surface that visually enhances colours and photographs.
Special papers
For emphasis on texture or appearance. Check the materials offered for Special Paper Flyers.
Eco range
Compare the composition and stated features of Eco Flyers. Do not assume that all papers have the same recycled content.
Lighter or more substantial?
For handouts, consider the weight and bulk of the whole batch. For an item to be kept or handled repeatedly, compare more substantial options. For folded products, check the weights available with your chosen fold and finish.
Explore flyers by paper type
Choose by appearance and feel. Each card opens the corresponding product; select the paper in the configuration.
Choose the finish or shape
The four finishes open Special Finish Flyers; the two shapes open Custom Cut Flyers. Select the option in the product configuration.
Complete your point-of-sale presentation
Display holders complement the printed materials. Check each product for dimensions, capacity and what is included.

How to choose your flyers and leaflets
Compare size, paper and folds according to your message and distribution method. These answers help you choose and prepare your artwork.
What is the difference between a flyer, pamphlet and leaflet?
The terms can overlap. In this category, flyers are unfolded sheets; half-fold, tri-fold and other folded leaflets organise information into panels. Choose according to the amount of content and the intended reading sequence.
Which size should I choose: A6, A5, A4 or DL?
A6 (105 × 148 mm) is compact for short messages; A5 (148 × 210 mm) provides more space for text and images. A4 (210 × 297 mm) suits more detailed information, while DL (99 × 210 mm) has a narrow format. Compare the other sizes shown above too.
Does the stated size refer to the open or folded leaflet?
The open size is the full sheet before folding; the folded size is the finished piece. Check which size the product specifies and use its template before preparing your artwork.
Which paper weight should I choose for flyers and leaflets?
For large-scale distribution, consider the weight and bulk of the printed materials. For a piece that will be kept or handled repeatedly, compare more substantial papers. Paper weight measures mass per area, not an exact thickness; for leaflets, check the options compatible with the fold.
Should I choose matt or gloss paper?
Matt coated paper reduces reflections for a more understated appearance; gloss coated paper enhances colours and photographs. Paper type and lamination are different choices. If you need to write on the print, check that the paper and finish are suitable.
How should I position text on a folded leaflet?
Arrange content in reading order and keep text and logos away from cutting and folding lines. Use the product template: panels are not always the same width.
Can I combine any paper with a fold or finish?
Available combinations depend on the product. Choose your flyer or leaflet first, then check the configurator for the papers, weights and finishes available for that option.
Do spot UV, foil stamping and custom cutting need a specific file?
These jobs may require a separate indication of the effect area or cutting line. Follow the selected product’s template and instructions; do not use a mock-up image alone as the production file.
