Which calendar should I choose as a customer gift?
Choose according to where it will be used: wall calendars for shared spaces, desk calendars for desks and counters, or magnetic calendars for suitable surfaces. Allow enough space for legible dates and contact details.
What is the difference between classic, double-page and poster calendars?
The classic model is bound at the top; the double-page model opens at the centre so images and dates can span two pages. The poster displays the calendar on a single sheet.
What does Double A4 or Double A3 mean?
These are the format names for the double-page calendar. Check open and closed dimensions in the product template before preparing artwork, and allow for the space it occupies when hanging.
Do templates already include dates and public holidays?
Yes. Start from a template with dates and public holidays included and personalise the design. Before ordering, check the year, language and holidays relevant to your audience.
Can I upload a calendar created in another application?
Yes. Choose the product and format first, then submit your file following the corresponding specifications and template. Check dates, page order, orientation, margins and the binding area.
Can I write on the calendar?
This depends on the paper, lamination and writing instrument. For notes, consider an unlaminated option and check paper suitability. Matt paper and matt lamination are not equivalent.
Can I use photographs and my company logo?
Yes. Arrange images and branding in the selected template or your own file. Check photograph quality at the printed size and keep dates, contact details and logos clear of trim and binding areas.
Will a magnetic calendar stick to any metal?
No. It needs a surface that accepts magnets, such as certain fridge doors or steel cabinets. Check adhesion where you intend to use it; aluminium, glass and some stainless-steel surfaces are unsuitable.
